Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.wearewokin.com and any order you place with WOK!N. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Ordering

• You can order for delivery (to serviceable areas) or pick-up from our Gulberg Greens branch.
• An order is confirmed once you receive an order number on screen and/or a confirmation. We may call to confirm details before preparing your order.
• We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our range, we cannot verify the order, or for reasons beyond our control.

2. Prices & taxes

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are shown on the menu. Prices may change at any time.
• Applicable government/sales tax is added at checkout and shown before you place the order.
• Delivery is free over the stated order threshold; otherwise a delivery fee applies and is shown at checkout. Pick-up orders have no delivery fee.

3. Payment

• Delivery: cash on delivery.
• Pick-up: cash or card at the counter.
• Please have the correct amount ready; you can request change at checkout.

4. Delivery & pick-up

• Estimated times (e.g. ~45 minutes for delivery, ~20 minutes for pick-up) are estimates only and may vary with demand, weather, and traffic.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate address and a reachable phone number. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details or no response.

5. Food, allergies & images

• Our dishes are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, shellfish, soy, gluten, and other allergens. If you have an allergy, please tell us before ordering — we cannot guarantee an allergen-free dish.
• Menu photos are for illustration; actual presentation may vary.

7. Coupons & promotions

• Discount codes are subject to their own conditions, may be limited in time or quantity, and can be withdrawn at any time.
• Codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless stated.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WOK!N is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website means you accept the current version.
