Delivery & Refund Policy

This policy explains how delivery and pick-up work at WOK!N, and how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Delivery areas & times

• We deliver to serviceable areas around Gulberg Greens, Ghauri Town, Naval Anchorage, and nearby societies in Islamabad. Available areas are shown at checkout.
• Typical delivery time is around 45 minutes, and pick-up is ready in around 20 minutes. These are estimates and can vary with demand, weather, and traffic.
• Delivery is free over the stated order value; below that a small delivery fee applies and is shown at checkout.

Pick-up

Choose "Pick-up" at checkout and collect your order from our branch:

Payment

• Delivery: cash on delivery.
• Pick-up: cash or card at the counter.

Cancelling an order

• Because food is prepared fresh to order, please cancel as early as possible by calling us at +92 335 5979775.
• Orders can usually be cancelled free of charge before preparation begins. Once the kitchen has started cooking, an order may no longer be cancellable.

Refunds & issues with your order

Your satisfaction matters. If something is wrong with your order, contact us the same day — ideally within 2 hours of delivery/pick-up — with your order number, and we'll make it right:

• If we sent the wrong item, a missing item, or the food arrived in unacceptable condition, we will replace it or issue a refund for the affected item.
• For prepaid/card pick-up orders, approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible, or by an agreed alternative. Cash-on-delivery refunds are handled directly with you.
• We may ask for a photo or to collect the item to help us understand what went wrong.
• Refunds are not provided for changes of mind after food has been prepared, or where incorrect delivery details were provided.
